Hi! My name is Erin Messel, a front-end web developer & designer based in Kansas City.

In my 10+ years experience in the web development industry, I’ve found that the most important part of web design and development is communication. I love helping organizations connect with their constituents through well-designed and functional websites.

Professional Experience

For the majority of my career, I have been at Anthology Inc. (formerly known as iModules Software) in Kansas City, which specializes in software and websites for higher education. Throughout my time with Anthology, I have primarily worked with the proprietary CMS, called Encompass, designing and building websites for advancement offices and alumni associations.

In 2022 I made the jump into the UX/UI space, and joined the Product Management team at Anthology, focusing on the student portal experience.
